Well, I’ve been down here in the Bega Valley on the far south coast of NSW for the last couple of years now with Yoshi. This is Yuin country, the traditional country of the Yuin people. and I am very grateful to be sharing this land which is, was and always will be Aboriginal land. It’s very beautiful country and as I’ve been getting to know the area and people more, I’ve also had the opportunity to shoot a variety of locations and events. This includes a promo shoot for the band Midnight Special, the Deep in Drag parties in Brogo, Tuross Head and Bemboka, the Ephemeral Festival at Panboola in Pambula, the Rainbow Wave Festival also in Pambula, and the inaugural Carapark Carnivale event with Sam’s Caravan at Navigate Arts in Tanja. The incredible 3 day Wanderer Festival is coming up in October this year and with any luck I’m hoping to be a part of their photography team.
